Inverted. Smooth, clear cup for light roasts.
01Prep
Pre-rinse two paper filters in the cap and preheat the brewer. Discard the water and set the cap aside.
Additionally, take a server on which to brew and add 150g of ice into it. The coffee would be brewed on top of it imminently.
02Add Coffee
Plug the plunger into the beginning of the brewer without the cap on, invert it, and add 15g of ground coffee into it, so it lands on the plunger’s rubber part.
03Add water
+150 g → 150 g
Pour all 150g of your boiled water into your inverted AeroPress.
04Stir
Stir the coffee and water thoroughly using the stirrer, front to back and side to side, not in circles.
05Cap the Aeropress
Cap the AeroPress and let it brew for 4m 30s.
06Gently swirl
At 4:30 mark, grab your AeroPress with both your hands and gently swirl the chamber clockwise and anti-clockwise to agitate the coffee and get the finally flavours released. Keep swirling for 30 seconds.
07Press
Flip the AeroPress on your cup of ice and press steadily for 60s. Stop pressing when the AeroPress hisses.
08Swirl to dissolve
Swirl your cup/server with coffee and ice until all the ice melts. The ratio is design to consider the melted ice.
Pour the chilled coffee into a cup with ice to serve.
09Enjoy
The most important step!
