The tasting notes were added fresh after the espresso cool down for about for five minutes. It became better softer, and more enjoyable. 

Quite a delicious shot. A tad bit of sharpness from a flavour. But overall, very enjoyable. Should try to reduce the sharpness next time.

The espresso was delicious! My first milk based drink. It wasn’t very enjoyable. Not sure if it’s the beverage as a whole or just my general dislike for milk.

Delicious Americano! Absolutely perfect, the flavour had depth.

The brew channeled badly. The first 20s struggled to pull. Did I tamp too hard? Something to notice the next time. The shot was decent. Not as good as the last one.

Noticed some channeling and spraying in the last 6 seconds. But delicious coffee. Need better prep. Very sweet, and getting notes I didn’t before.

Was quite bitter towards the end. Need to adjust to bring down brew time. Go to 33 on grinder.

Better for sure. Can improve further. Use 16g with 32 clicks.

Delicious for how badly I brewed it (~2m 40s) Try courser grind size next time. The coffee is certainly solid, need to extract better.

Surprisingly good for a pressurised basket. I think a grind size of 35 clicks on the Kingrinder worked really well. It produced a rich, chocolatey, nutty flavour with almost no acidity and a solid body. It was very pleasant overall and exactly the kind of profile I enjoy. This was the last 9 grams from the bag, and I’m glad I finally brewed it. I probably wouldn’t have tried the pressurised basket if it hadn’t been for the little coffee left, and I’m happy I did.

Quite flat and pungent on the undesirable flavours.

Delicious, heavy body! Sourness was quite restrained. Sweetness and bitterness to the centerstage.

The flow was slow but looked superb!

Definitely a big improvement than the last. But, sourness still exists. Sweetness is hidden. Bitterness shows in the aftertaste. Aftertaste is good. Could be further improved.

Quite sour, the shot took a 39s with 10 second pre infusion. Time was not a problem. Adjust with grind, dosing, and temperature.

I dosed a bit higher, and ground finer than usual by 2 steps. The machine struggled to pull shot, took longer due to that. Next time, don’t dose higher, to reduce shot time and reduce bitterness. Try with higher temperature water.

Korebi, tropical haze, coffee Tropical haze, coffee. Tilongi, Tedica, Brewer. . 13 seconds. Yeah, but what time is it? I have to watch control. 2 and 41. So different. Iced americano was very sour, the espresso was good. Rahul liked it.

Good. Should try reducing the sour/citrus punch.

Espresso was a bit bitter and strong. The brew took too much time.

This was the first good Korebi Tropical Haze! Try to replicate this! Sweet, citrus, and mildly bitter. The sourness, for the first time, was super low!

Affogato was great. The espresso was bitter.

Espresso was so-so. Affogato with Corner House chocolate ice cream was incredible!

Extremely sour

Espresso: Some kind of weird flavour. Almost like cockroach ridden old stuff. Steamed Americano: definitely an elevation of the espresso. Creamy, smooth

Perhaps the best one made so far! Stick to this grind size!

Channelled hard. Got choked up. Go coarser.

It was too fast. Go finer. Made a iced espresso. Beat 40g of crushed ice with espresso using a frother. And poured over 3 ice cubes.

Super fast. Needs to be finer.

Better but can be extracted even better

Very bad. The machine choked. Had to release pressure using steam wand multiple times and then squeezed it out. Very bitter. But appa and Rahul liked it.

Used for Coconut water with espresso foam cold drink.

It had a very distinct hint of marijuana that was present along with the sweetness and bitterness of berry. The note wasn’t bad. It was quite delicious!

Fantastic coffee! The fruit notes are prominent but not overpowering. The amber method of brewing is incredible to bring out the flower and the foam holds the notes and adds to the texture of the coffee.

Very good, solid, sweet, espresso. Sourness held back, sweetness stood out.

Body is less, too watery, still good flavors

Reminded me of cream soda or butter bear at Harry Potter world. The coffee aftertaste was incredible! Very tasty!

Quite a pronounced jasmine note. I can sense a strong bitter note but a sweet aftertaste that follows it. Extraction by Jawad is superb!

Pouresh brewed it in his special experimental method. Very deliciously extracted. The palette of flavours is rich and diverse. Balanced. Floral notes of may be jasmine supply a constant presence to a sweet presence of other notes. He calls it pre-infusion. Of beans. Discarded water after pre-infusion.

Delicious! Syrupy, winey, and strong in a very pleasurable way! Very similar to Black Honey processes coffee Ritual used to have!

Decent everyday espresso. Not something I would keep having or brew at home.

Basic, decent coffee. Has some hay like flavour which is unpleasant. But not too bad.

Very refreshing! The chia seeds work well. Storing on basil, coffee is foundational but not the star. And that’s a good thing.

Had a good literacy start, but it immediately dropped to a bland Nothing.

Delicious aftertaste. Ice enhanced the flavour. Caramelise flavour in it, that breathes out as sweet and sugary. I enjoyed this cup.

The foam was delicious! But the consistency between thick foam and liquid coffee didn’t work. Once mixed in, the taste of peanut foam was much less. But that was the delicious part.

A certain solvent/chemical flavour exists. I’ve gotten this a few times also during extractions at home. Not a bad coffee. Tastes better after some resting and normalization of first few sips.

The miso caramel ice cream is delicious! The espresso and ice cream didn’t get along in texture. The ice cream sometimes clumped up. But very good, overall.

Decent coffee. Not something I would order again or buy the beans of.
