Crease Plus refunds

Crease Plus is bought and billed through the App Store, so refunds are Apple’s. Apple decides whether a request is approved, and Reveries cannot issue a refund for an App Store charge.

How to ask for one

There are two ways, and both go to Apple:

  • Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple ID you subscribed with, and choose the Crease Plus charge.
  • In the Reveries app, open Settings, then Crease · AI Companion, then Usage and Crease Plus and tap Request a refund. This opens Apple’s refund request for you. The button appears when your Crease Plus comes from the App Store.

Apple follows up by email with its decision.

What we share with Apple, and how to turn it off

When you ask Apple for a refund, Apple may ask Reveries about the purchase. If you have not opted out, we may share how much you used Crease in that billing period, to help Apple review your request. We do not send your conversations or your journal.

To turn this off, open Settings, then Permissions, and switch off Share Crease usage with Apple for refund reviews. If it is off, we do not send Apple that information. Apple still handles your refund request; it just has less to go on from us.

The same wording is in the privacy policy.

What happens to your access

  • If Apple refunds you, your Crease Plus subscription ends on that account and you go back to the free plan. We send you an email to say so. Your journal and your Crease history are not affected.
  • While a request is pending, nothing changes until Apple decides.
  • If Apple declines, nothing changes. Your subscription carries on as before, and you can still cancel it so it does not renew.

Asking for a refund does not cancel the subscription by itself. If you do not want it to renew, cancel it too.
